Germany - Digital Nomad Visa - Service: Visa Requirements

Please provide one clear copy of your current, valid passport's information page. 

You must provide a passport photo. This passport photo must match the requirements of a standard US passport photo. They must be taken at an official passport photo provider (pharmacy, Costco, post office).  You can upload a digitial photo here for us to process.

Photo Requirements:

- Your head must face the camera directly with full face in view.

- You must have a neutral facial expression or a natural smile, with both eyes open.

- Taken in clothing normally worn on a daily basis

- Taken in the last 6 months

- Use a plain white or off-white background

Proof of international health insurance and specifically covering travel to Germany is required. 

A letter from the applicant introducing themselves, explaining the purpose and duration of their stay.

A copy of itinerary showing exact dates of travel from airline or travel agent. 

A copy of hotel reservations or other lodgings for the duration of the trip. The applicant's name must be on the reservation.

Proof of civil status (marriage certificate, birth certificate of children, death certificate of spouse, ration card if applicable)

Proof of funds available to support yourself and dependents during your stay and enable you to leave Germany, such as a bank statement, pay stubs or proof of employment or proof of travelers checks.

Copy of driver's license or state issued ID, or ORIGINAL major utility bill (Water, Gas, Electric, Sewage) for the most recent month, showing the applicant's name and current address. The address must not contain a PO Box. Address MUST match home address in your applicant profile.

A personal letter from the applicant addressed to the Embassy of Germany, explaining the purpose of the trip, dates of travel, cities to be visited, and place of accommodation.

Authorization by the by Ministério de Tutela in Angola and opinion issued by the Ministry for Public Administration, Labor and Social Security (MAPESS-Ministero da Administração Publica, Emprego e Segurança Social).

A copy of your vaccination card.

Enclose the documents from Section 1 (Gather Documents for your Germany  Visa) and a print out of your order confirmation in an Overnight Envelope (Fedex, UPS, etc).
