Ethiopia - Business E-visa - Service: Visa Requirements

Download, fully complete, print, and sign one copy of the Ethiopia visa application form. 

PLEASE NOTE: the application form is attached as a sample as well.

Please provide one clear copy of your current, valid passport's information page. 

You must provide a passport photo. This passport photo must match the requirements of a standard US passport photo. They must be taken at an official passport photo provider (pharmacy, Costco, post office).  You can upload a digitial photo here for us to process.

Photo Requirements:

- Your head must face the camera directly with full face in view.

- You must have a neutral facial expression or a natural smile, with both eyes open.

- Taken in clothing normally worn on a daily basis

- Taken in the last 6 months

- Use a plain white or off-white background

Business license of the inviting company.

An invitation letter from the recognized business organization or a local sponsor from Ethiopia. The letter should be printed on company letterhead stationery, addressed to "The Consulate of Ethiopia, Visa Section", and signed by a senior manager. The business letter must adhere to the following guidelines:
Briefly introduce the applicant (please specify employment status/position held in the company by applicant).
State the nature of the business to be conducted (ie. business meetings, contract negotiations, etc.) and the names and addresses of companies to be contacted in the destination country.
Specify the Type and desired Validity of the visa (ie. a one year multiple entry business visa).

An official application letter written by the inviting organization addressed to the Main Department for Immigration and Nationality Affairs of Ethiopia ans stating that an organization/company has officially requested a visa for you.

Tax Payer Identification Number Certificate of the company renewed for the fiscal year.

Enclose the documents from Section 1 (Gather Documents for your Ethiopia  Visa) and a print out of your order confirmation in an Overnight Envelope (Fedex, UPS, etc).
