For first-time applicants, visit the Washington County Clerk’s office. Bring all documents, completed forms, and payment. Renewals can often be mailed, but first-time applicants must apply in person. The execution fee is separate from the passport application fee.

Select your preferred processing time. Standard processing takes 6-8 weeks, expedited service is 3-5 weeks, and urgent processing can be as quick as same day to 2 weeks. Each speed option has a different fee, so choose based on your travel timeline and budget.
