Passports and Visas made a rather daunting and difficult process much easier. I had never applied for a China visa before, daunting enough, even when not spatting over tariffs. However, applying for China visas is what they do as their business, so I figured they knew what they were doing. The added cost was more than reasonable, even considering only the avoided cost of taking my time away from my business. Without them, I would have had to drive to Chicago - twice - first to turn over my paperwork and passport in person, and then to pick up my visa in person. They also kept me informed of the status of my application at each step, so I didn't need to worry or contact them for an update.
