Suriname - Work E-visa - Service: Visa Requirements

Please provide one clear copy of your current, valid passport's information page. 

You must provide a passport photo. This passport photo must match the requirements of a standard US passport photo. They must be taken at an official passport photo provider (pharmacy, Costco, post office).  You can upload a digitial photo here for us to process.

Photo Requirements:

- Your head must face the camera directly with full face in view.

- You must have a neutral facial expression or a natural smile, with both eyes open.

- Taken in clothing normally worn on a daily basis

- Taken in the last 6 months

- Use a plain white or off-white background

If the applicant has previously obtained an Suriname visa that is not on the same passport they must provide a copy of the previous visas as well as the information page of the passport in which the visa was issued.

Copy of the Birth Certificate of the Applicant.

A medical certificate showing a diagnosis of the overall health of the applicant (less than 6 months old).

Proof of international health insurance and specifically covering travel to Suriname is required. 

Work visit Invitation letter from any country company certified by the Chamber of Commerce OR Copy of pre-approval for work visit visa issued by MoFA. The company should also provide Chamber of Commerce license copy.

A copy of a letter from your employer on business letterhead, with contact details, stating that a leave of absence has been granted, purpose and duration of the trip, and that you will be returning to your current job. If you are self-employed, include a copy of your business license and tax return. For students, please submit an official letter from your school indicating that you are in good standing and that you are registered for the upcoming semester. If you are retired please submit proof of your retirement fund.

A certified copy of the applicant's national ID (front and back).

An original and one copy of a letter from your employer on business letterhead, with contact details, purpose and duration of the trip and that you will be returning to your current job.

If you are self-employed, include a copy of your business license and tax return.

If you are retired please submit proof of your retirement funds.

Enclose the documents from Section 1 (Gather Documents for your Suriname  Visa) and a print out of your order confirmation in an Overnight Envelope (Fedex, UPS, etc).
