    For all non-US citizens, please provide a copy of your legal status (valid US visa or valid permanent resident card).  Residence permit document should be a scanned or camera-captured image of your valid residence permit showing all information.

Enclose the documents from Section 1 (Gather Documents for your   Visa) and a print out of your order confirmation in an Overnight Envelope (Fedex, UPS, etc).
