Croatia - Digital Nomad Visa - Service: Visa Requirements

Download, fully complete, print, and sign one copy of the Croatia visa application form. 

PLEASE NOTE: the application form is attached as a sample as well.

Provide your SIGNED passport. Your passport must be signed on the appropriate line. (For US citizens the line is located on the page following your information page). The passport must be valid with an expiration date greater than six (6) months from the date of entry for the visa you are applying for. Passport must have sufficient blank pages (at least 2 pages) for any visa stamps. These pages must say VISAS at the top of the page.  

If your passport does not meet the requirements, we can assist with renewing a US Passport or obtain a new US Passport from us prior to obtaining the visa.

(Important Note:  Keep a copy of your passport biographical information page for your records)

Proof of international health insurance and specifically covering travel to Croatia is required. 

A copy of a letter from your employer on business letterhead, with contact details, stating that a leave of absence has been granted, purpose and duration of the trip, and that you will be returning to your current job. If you are self-employed, include a copy of your business license and tax return. For students, please submit an official letter from your school indicating that you are in good standing and that you are registered for the upcoming semester. If you are retired please submit proof of your retirement fund.

Proof of funds available to support yourself and dependents during your stay and enable you to leave Croatia, such as a bank statement, pay stubs or proof of employment or proof of travelers checks.

Proof that he/she has not been convicted of criminal offences from his/her home country or a country in which he/she resided for more than one year immediately before arriving in the Republic of Croatia.

A copy of hotel reservations or other lodgings for the duration of the trip. The applicant's name must be on the reservation.

Enclose the documents from Section 1 (Gather Documents for your Croatia  Visa) and a print out of your order confirmation in an Overnight Envelope (Fedex, UPS, etc).
