Valid United States Passport
Your signed passport must be valid and with sufficient blank pages for any visa stamps. The passport expiration date must be greater than six months from the date of entry for the visa you are applying for. If your passport does not meet the requirements, you must renew your passport or obtain a new one from us prior to obtaining the visa.

Visa Application
Download , print, fully complete, and sign one copy (copies) of the Russia application form. Please complete the application with blue ink.
Passport-Style Photographs
You must provide three identical 2 x 2 passport style photographs in color, front view and with a plain/white background. For more requirements, see Passport Photograph Regulations.
Flight Itinerary
You must provide your original flight itinerary printed by your travel agent.
Letter of Invitation
If individual travel : Invitation, or confirmation, plus voucher of hotel arrangements from authorizing Russian travel company, or directly from the Russian Hotel, showing reference number and confirmation number for the visa.
If with a tour group or cruise : Invitation or letter, plus voucher from tour company or cruise line confirming itinerary and including a copy of the confirmation from Intourist or other authorizing Russia travel company which shows the reference number and confirmation number for the visa.

Fees
- The Consulate Fee is $ 250.00 payable by Money Order only (Payable to Russia Embassy).
- Our Service Fee is $ 119.00 payable by Check or Credit Card
- Our Return
Mail Fee is $ 30.00 for FedEx Service OR you may
include a pre-paid airbill to the return address.
- If you are paying by check for our Service Fee and Return Mail Fee, enclose a check made payable to "Passports and Visas.com".
- If you are paying by credit card, please make sure you entered your credit card information on the above mentioned order form.

- 1, Place the above mentioned documents in a FedEx Letter.
- 2. On the FedEx Airbill, put your Order Number (obtained by completing the above mentioned ORDER FORM) in Box 2.
- 3. Call us at 1-800-860-8610 and indicate you are processing a Same Day Russia visa and are in need of the address to send the package. We will review your documentation and instruct you on where to send your FedEx Priority Letter. Our office hours are 8am to 8pm EST Monday through Friday.
You will be sending this package to a Fedex facility for our service to pickup the package and submit to the appropriate Embassy. This ensures the fastest possible service; however, the Fedex facility will deny packages sent via other Overnight services (UPS, Express Mail, Airborne, etc) - therefore it is imperative you send the documents via FedEx.
