China Single Entry Business Standard Service Visa Requirements for United States Citizens
Single Entry Visa / Max Stay 30 days / Valid for 3 days

Documents to Send to Us
Bullet Valid United States Passport
Your signed passport must be valid and with sufficient blank pages for any visa stamps.  The passport expiration date must be greater than six months from the date of entry for the visa you are applying for. If your passport does not meet the requirements, you must renew your passport or obtain a new one from us prior to obtaining the visa
Bullet Completed Visa Application
Download , print, fully complete, and sign one copy (copies) of the China application form. Please complete the application with blue ink.
Bullet Passport-Style Photographs
You must provide one identical 2 x 2 passport style photographs in color, front view and with a plain/white background. For more requirements, see Passport Photograph Regulations.
Bullet Travel Documentation
You must provide a copy of ONE of the following items :
  • Your foreign travel plane ticket.
  • Your printed travel itinerary.
Bullet Proof of Hotel Reservations
You must provide a copy of your hotel reservations confirming your stay in China.
Bullet Business Letter from Employer
A business letter of responsibility from your employer/sponsor in the United States is required: (Sample Business Letter)
  • The letter must be addressed to the Embassy of China.
  • The letter must explain the nature of business to be performed.
  • The letter must be on company letterhead and signed by someone at your company other than you.
Bullet Official Letter of Invitation from company in China
A letter of invitation from your sponsor (either host company or individual) is required from your host in China. The letter must explain the relationship to the applicant and the prupose of travel. Additionally, the letter must indicated the length of stay, place of stay, and contact information.
Bullet Applicants staying with Family in China
Applicants staying with family iin China, rather than staying in a hotel, must provide round trip air tickets as well as an invitation from the Chinese relatives and evidence of kindship such as a copy of birth certificate OR copy of Marriage Certficate.
Bullet Applicants staying with Friends in China
Applicants staying with friends or relatives must provide round-trip air tickets and must include a letter of invitation from the hosts or relatives in China including the host's name, address , telephone number and must fully complete questions in Section 4, Page 2 of the application.

Bullet Fees
  • The Consulate Fee is $ 130.00 payable by Money Order only (Payable to China Embassy).
  • Our Service Fee is $ 59.00 payable by Check or Credit Card
  • Our Return Mail Fee is $ 30.00 for FedEx Service OR you may include a pre-paid airbill to the return address.
    • If you are paying by check for our Service Fee and Return Mail Fee, enclose a check made payable to "Passports and Visas.com".
    • If you are paying by credit card, please make sure you entered your credit card information on the above mentioned order form.

     
Bullet Send us the Documents and Fees via FedEx
  1. 1. Place the above mentioned documents in a FedEx Letter.
  2. 2. On the FedEx Airbill, put your Order Number (obtained by completing the above mentioned ORDER FORM) in Box 2.
