Russia Business Single Entry RUSH Visa Requirements for United States Citizens

Documents to Send to Us
Bullet Valid United States Passport
Your signed passport must be valid and with sufficient blank pages for any visa stamps.  The passport expiration date must be greater than six months from the date of entry for the visa you are applying for. If your passport does not meet the requirements, you must renew your passport or obtain a new one from us prior to obtaining the visa
Bullet Completed Visa Application
Download , print, fully complete, and sign one copy (copies) of the Russia application form. Please complete the application with blue ink.
Bullet Passport-Style Photographs
You must provide three identical 2 x 2 passport style photographs in color, front view and with a plain/white background. For more requirements, see Passport Photograph Regulations.
Bullet Flight Itinerary
You must provide your original flight itinerary printed by your travel agent.
Bullet Business Letter from Employer
A business letter of responsibility from your employer/sponsor in the United States is required: (Sample Business Letter)
  • The letter must be addressed to the Embassy of Russia.
  • The letter must explain the nature of business to be performed.
  • The letter must be on company letterhead and signed by someone at your company other than you.
Bullet Letter of Invitation from the Russian Foreign Min.
Official invitation from an organization authorized to invite business visitors to Russia. To arrange an invitation, usually sent to you by fax, your sponsor will require your full name, nationality, passport number, date of arrival/departure in Russia, and the cities you will visit. The Invitation to Russia must be from the Russian Foreign Ministry or its regional representatives, The Ministry of Interior or its local offices, or other authorized Russian Agencies. The letter must contain the official seal and legal address of the agency, signature and name of the official authorized to invite foreigners to Russia.

Bullet International Certificate of Vaccination
You must obtain an International Certificate of Vaccination for: 
  • HIV Certificate if > 3 month validity required

These may be obtained from your doctor.

  • The Consulate Fee is $ 250.00 payable by Money Order only (Payable to Russia Embassy).
  • Our Service Fee is $ 119.00 payable by Check or Credit Card
  • Our Return Mail Fee is $ 30.00 for FedEx Service OR you may include a pre-paid airbill to the return address.
    • If you are paying by check for our Service Fee and Return Mail Fee, enclose a check made payable to "Passports and Visas.com".
    • If you are paying by credit card, please make sure you entered your credit card information on the above mentioned order form.
